1. Dispatch & Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days of payment clearance. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day. All items are dispatched from the United Kingdom.
We reserve the right to withhold dispatch pending verification of order details or compliance with our research-use-only terms.
2. Delivery Zones & Services
We currently ship to the following regions:

EU deliveries may be subject to import VAT, duties, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. See Section 6 (Customs & Import Duties) below.

We ship to Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and United States.

International transit times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier delays, or factors outside our control.
3. Tracking
All UK orders sent via Royal Mail 24h Tracked or Special Delivery include a tracking reference, which will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Standard International and Royal Mail international services include tracking where available; tracking visibility may be limited once a parcel enters the destination country's postal network.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 working days of placing your order, please contact us.
4. Delivery Timescales
Delivery estimates are provided as operational guidance only and do not constitute a guaranteed arrival promise. Ursine Amino Research accepts no liability for delays caused by Royal Mail, third-party carriers, customs processing, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your order has not arrived within:
- 10 working days (UK) — contact us to investigate
- 30 working days (EU / International) — contact us to investigate
We will not raise an investigation with the carrier before these timeframes have elapsed, as carriers require this period before classifying a parcel as lost.
5. Address Changes
Delivery addresses cannot be amended once an order has been dispatched. If you need to correct your address before dispatch, contact us immediately at [Suport@Ursineamino.co.uk]. We cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout.
6. Customs & Import Duties
Shipments to destinations outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.
It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are permitted for import into their country and comply with all applicable local laws and regulations. Ursine Amino Research products are supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes only and must not be used for any other purpose.
We are unable to advise on specific customs rules, duty rates, or import procedures for individual countries. For guidance, contact your local customs authority.
7. Damaged or Incomplete Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, you must:
- Retain all original packaging and contents.
- Photograph the damage before opening or handling further.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Support@Ursineamino.co.uk], including your order number and photographic evidence.
Claims reported outside this window may not be eligible for resolution. We will liaise with the carrier on your behalf where appropriate.
8. Research Use Only
All products supplied by Ursine Amino Research are intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. Products are not for human or veterinary consumption, diagnostic use, or any application outside a controlled research environment. This shipping policy does not alter or limit those terms.
